Job Summary: Lead the financial reporting vertical for a well-established business in the UAE. This role is designed for a technical expert who can manage complex group consolidations and inter-company transactions in a multi-national environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the preparation of group-level financial statements under IFRS.

  • Analyze inter-company transaction flows and perform meticulous group consolidations.

  • Liaise with global auditors and local regulatory bodies in Abu Dhabi.

  • Maintain oversight of reporting standards and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws.

  • Advise the leadership team on technical accounting treatments for new business initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: CPA/ACCA or equivalent; Native Arabic speaker; 12–15 years of experience.

  • Preferred: Strong IFRS knowledge and group-level reporting experience.
