Job Summary: Secure your mandatory training at a globally recognized, Top 1000 listed entity. This internship provides an “Industry” perspective on corporate governance that goes far beyond traditional firm-based training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute filings for the MCA and Stock Exchanges as per Listing Obligations (LODR).

  • Analyze corporate secretarial requirements for the company’s domestic and international operations.

  • Liaise with the Investor Relations team to handle shareholder queries and share transfers.

  • Maintain statutory registers and minutes for Board and Committee meetings.

  • Support the CS in preparing the Annual Report and drafting the Corporate Governance section.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: CS Executive or Professional student eligible for mandatory training.

  • Preferred: Strong understanding of SEBI (LODR) and Companies Act.
