Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute secretarial compliance for client companies undergoing corporate restructuring or valuation.

  • Analyze SEBI and Stock Exchange regulations to support Merchant Banking operations.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal counsels for advisory assignments.

  • Maintain statutory records and ensure zero-lapse in corporate governance for clients.

  • Draft information memorandums, valuation reports, and compliance certificates.

  • Support the deal team in due diligence for M&A and funding transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Freshly Qualified Company Secretary (CS).

  • Preferred: Interest in Valuations, Merchant Banking, and SEBI regulations.
