2. Job Posting Guidelines
To maintain the niche focus of our community, all listings must adhere to these rules:

Relevance: Posts must be related to Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA), Law, or Commerce fields. This includes internships, articleships, management training, and qualified professional roles.

CMNITYHIRE operates a hybrid model based on the level of assistance provided during the recruitment process:

Self-Service Hiring (No Charge): There is no commission or placement fee if a firm or company independently identifies, contacts, and hires a candidate through the portal without any direct coordination or intervention from the CMNITYHIRE team.

Assisted Recruitment (Applicable Charges): Professional fees or commissions will apply if there is direct communication between CMNITYHIRE and the company/firm regarding specific potential talent. This includes cases where:

Our team directly recommends or shares specific candidate profiles with your firm.

Your firm initiates a direct request to our consultancy for help in sourcing or vetting candidates.

There is ongoing coordination between the CMNITYHIRE team and the employer to facilitate the hiring process.

Fee Discussion: The specific charges for these assisted placement services will be discussed and finalized during the direct engagement phase between CMNITYHIRE and the company or firm.

Free job Posting: Currently, job and training listings are offered as a Free Service. Any future transition to paid premium features will be communicated in advance.

5. Intellectual Property and Logos

Content License: By uploading a company logo or description, you grant CMNITYHIRE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display this content on the platform and associated social media for the purpose of promoting your vacancy.

Ownership: You represent that you own or have the rights to use any logos or branding materials uploaded to the “Company Details” section of the portal.
6. Candidate Interaction & Privacy

Data Usage: Employers must use candidate information (resumes/emails) solely for the purpose of recruitment for the specific role posted. Selling or sharing candidate data with third parties is strictly prohibited.
