Need Senior & Junior Bookkeepers – (US Process) — Fourfold Global

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle bookkeeping for US-based clients, ensuring 100% accuracy in financial records.

• Analyze bank statements and credit card transactions for precise monthly reconciliations.

• Liaise with international stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and gather necessary documentation.

• Maintain general ledgers and prepare month-end financial statements.

• Support the senior leadership in streamlining accounting workflows and automation.

• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of payroll and tax-ready reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: 3–5 years experience (Senior) or 1–2 years (Junior) in US Bookkeeping/Accounting; Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance.

• Preferred: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite; Experience working in a fixed night shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM).
