Job Summary: Lead the financial reporting vertical for a well-established business in the UAE. This role is designed for a technical expert who can manage complex group consolidations and inter-company transactions in a multi-national environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute the preparation of group-level financial statements under IFRS.

Analyze inter-company transaction flows and perform meticulous group consolidations.

Liaise with global auditors and local regulatory bodies in Abu Dhabi.

Maintain oversight of reporting standards and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws.

Advise the leadership team on technical accounting treatments for new business initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: CPA/ACCA or equivalent; Native Arabic speaker; 12–15 years of experience.

Preferred: Strong IFRS knowledge and group-level reporting experience.
