Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage statutory audits for a portfolio of listed and unlisted corporate clients.

Analyze complex financial statements to ensure 100% compliance with IND AS and reporting standards.

Liaise with Board members and Audit Committees to present audit findings and insights.

Maintain rigorous audit quality and documentation as per firm and ICAI standards.

Supervise and mentor a team of CA Associates and Articled Assistants.

Evaluate group consolidations and inter-company transaction flows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: Qualified CA; 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in a CA Firm setup.

Preferred: Extensive experience with Statutory Audits of listed companies and IND AS.
