Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute audit and assurance assignments for a diverse client portfolio.

  • Analyze financial data to support the finalization of accounts and statutory reporting.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities for ROC filings and secretarial compliance.

  • Maintain updated records for GST and Direct Tax filings.

  • Draft audit observations and compliance reports for senior review.

  • Support clients in resolving tax queries and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Freshly Qualified CA, CMA, or CS.

  • Preferred: Strong conceptual knowledge of Ind-AS and Companies Act; local residents of Delhi.
