Need Executive – Accounts & Finance (CA Inter)

Job Summary: Join the financial backbone of a leading industrial player in Jamshedpur. This role is a strategic opportunity for an experienced CA Inter professional to manage core accounting operations and contribute to the fiscal health of a growing enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in the general ledger.

• Analyze financial statements and prepare monthly variance reports for management.

• Liaise with auditors to facilitate smooth statutory and internal audit cycles.

• Maintain strict compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulatory requirements.

• Support the finance lead in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Coordinate with the manufacturing units to oversee cost-accounting and inventory valuation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: CA Inter qualified; 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a corporate or industrial setup.

• Preferred: Experience in the manufacturing or foundry industry; strong proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
