Key Responsibilities

Execute independent drafting of legal petitions, notices, and contractual agreements.

Analyze complex case laws and precedents to support litigation strategies.

Liaise with various Courts and Tribunals for filings and hearings.

Manage client interactions and provide expert legal counsel.

Prepare detailed briefs and legal opinions for senior partners.

Conduct rigorous legal research across civil and criminal jurisdictions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-haves: Advocate enrolled with a State Bar Council/BCI; Excellent command of English; Independent drafting capability.

Preferred: Confidence in courtroom appearances; Immediate joiners.
