Job Summary Drive financial excellence at a diversified conglomerate as an Assistant Manager specializing in Direct Taxation. This role is a strategic platform for fresh CAs to lead tax compliance and financial reporting for large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Direct Taxation compliance and Income Tax assessments.

  • Execute month-end financial closing and preparation of accounts.

  • Analyze tax implications for diverse business units and group transactions.

  • Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors for statutory filings.

  • Support the leadership in budgeting and annual financial planning cycles.

  • Draft high-quality technical memos and financial reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-haves: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher); Strong knowledge of Direct Taxation.

  • Preferred: Analytical mindset; Good communication skills.
