Job Summary: Dive into the heart of the fundraising world with an Investment Banking role that offers hands-on deal exposure. You will play a critical role in supporting transaction execution and creating high-impact narratives for growing startups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive financial models using advanced Excel for valuations.

• Analyze market data to perform rigorous valuation analysis (DCF, Multiples).

• Liaise with founders and investors to facilitate the deal-making process.

• Prepare investor pitch decks, presentations, and transaction marketing materials.

• Support transaction execution and manage the data room for due diligence.

• Monitor the startup ecosystem to identify potential M&A and funding opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: 1–2 years of relevant IB/Advisory experience; Strong financial modeling skills.

• Preferred: Immediate joiners; Local Gurgaon candidates.
