Job Summary: Go beyond traditional accounting and bring clarity to the financial health of iconic food and beverage brands. In this role, you don’t just report numbers—you interpret them to drive critical business decisions for a multi-brand global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end General Ledger (GL) management for both domestic and international operations.

• Analyze financial data to prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis.

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy across ERP systems.

• Manage inter-company accounting and detailed cost center tracking.

• Support audit coordination and ensure tracking of all compliance requirements.

• Drive process improvements by identifying gaps in the current finance workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: Qualified CA (Fresher) OR MBA/CMA/Inter CA with a strong finance background.

• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (Dashboards/Lookups); Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
