Key Responsibilities:

Execute secretarial compliance for client companies undergoing corporate restructuring or valuation.

Analyze SEBI and Stock Exchange regulations to support Merchant Banking operations.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal counsels for advisory assignments.

Maintain statutory records and ensure zero-lapse in corporate governance for clients.

Draft information memorandums, valuation reports, and compliance certificates.

Support the deal team in due diligence for M&A and funding transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: Freshly Qualified Company Secretary (CS).

Preferred: Interest in Valuations, Merchant Banking, and SEBI regulations.
