Job Summary: Lead the secretarial vertical for a prestigious joint venture between Rohit Relan & Associates, Maruti Suzuki, and Suzuki Motor Corporation. This role is designed for a strategic professional who excels in the high-pressure environment of a listed company and can ensure seamless liaison with stock exchanges.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute full-spectrum compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and Listing Obligations (LODR).

Liaise with Stock Exchanges, SEBI, and MCA to ensure zero-delay in statutory filings and disclosures.

Analyze and evaluate corporate governance risks, implementing mitigation measures and ethical frameworks.

Organize Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and EGMs, overseeing shareholder communications and reports.

Draft and implement critical policies related to Insider Trading (PIT), Whistle Blower mechanisms, and Corporate Disclosures.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for Secretarial Audits, ensuring 100% adherence to audit recommendations.

Support the Investor Relations team for transparent communication with analysts and institutional shareholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: Qualified CS with 8–12 years experience; Minimum 5 years experience in a Listed Company.

Preferred: Background in the Auto Components/Manufacturing industry; Expertise in SEBI regulations and Stock Exchange portals.
