Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Support monthly management reporting and variance analysis
• Conduct financial analysis for business decision-making
• Participate in cost control and profitability improvement initiatives
• Help in preparation of MIS reports and dashboards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data collection
• Support in long-term financial planning and scenario modeling
• Learn and apply best practices in corporate finance and FP&A

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• CA Final students (Attempt in Jan 2028 or later)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Preferred:

• Prior internship or articleship exposure in finance
• Basic knowledge of SAP or any ERP system
