Need (CA Fresher) – Direct Taxation Executive

Location: Mumbai Fort, Mumbai Industry: Chartered Accountancy Firm Experience Level: Fresher CTC: Up to ₹11 LPA

Job Summary

We are hiring a CA Fresher for the Direct Taxation vertical in a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm based in Mumbai Fort. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified CAs passionate about direct tax compliance, assessments, and advisory to build a strong foundation in taxation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Direct Tax Compliance, TDS, and ITR filings
• Support in Tax Audits and Assessments (Scrutiny, Appeals)
• Provide research and review support on tax matters
• Assist in tax planning and advisory for clients
• Coordinate with clients for data collection and clarifications
• Support senior team members in documentation and submissions
• Keep updated with latest amendments in Income Tax Act
• Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Qualified CA
• Strong knowledge of Direct Tax laws and Income Tax Act
• Good analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

• Articleship experience in taxation
• Exposure to tax portal and e-filing procedures
