Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the drafting of appeals, petitions, and legal submissions for tax authorities.

  • Analyze case laws and judicial precedents to build strong legal arguments.

  • Liaise with tax departments and represent the firm during hearings and assessments.

  • Maintain a detailed database of ongoing litigation matters and upcoming deadlines.

  • Support senior advocates in research for Direct and Indirect tax disputes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Semi-qualified CA/CMA/CS (3-4 years exp) OR Qualified CA (Fresher to 2 years) OR Advocate (4-5 years exp).

  • Preferred: Prior experience in a tax litigation firm or high-volume legal practice.

 Tax Litigation, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, GST Litigation, Income Tax Appeals, Hyderabad Legal Jobs, Tax Advocate, Semi Qualified CA, CMA Jobs.
