Job Summary: Step into the elite world of listed company compliance. This trainee role in Gurugram offers rare hands-on exposure to SEBI regulations and the high-stakes governance requirements of a public entity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute critical compliance tasks under SEBI (LODR) and Companies Act.

  • Analyze listing requirements and facilitate stock exchange communications.

  • Liaise with the board and senior management for meeting documentation.

  • Draft notices, agendas, and resolutions for Board and General Meetings.

  • Maintain statutory records and handle the electronic filing of secretarial forms.

  • Support the CS in preparing the annual report and sustainability disclosures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: CS Executive / Professional student (Registered with ICSI).

  • Preferred: Proximity to Mill City Centre Metro and a proactive mindset.
