Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IndAS and IFRS.

• Analyze corporate tax provisions and impact assessments in line with OECD Guidelines.

• Liaise with offshore teams to plan and execute multi-industry audit engagements.

• Maintain high standards of quality through thorough IQA (SQC and ISQM) procedures.

• Evaluate Transfer Pricing documentation and cross-border tax structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher to 2 years experience); Proficiency in IndAS and MS Excel.

• Preferred: Knowledge of IFRS, SA, and OECD Guidelines; experience in consulting.
