Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, engaging training sessions on basic to intermediate Financial Accounting.

• Explain core concepts including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements clearly.

• Guide learners through practical exercises on journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.

• Analyze real-world business scenarios to teach revenue recognition and expense matching.

• Introduce corporate learners to compliance standards like IFRS and GAAP.

• Develop an understanding of depreciation, accruals, and AP/AR basics among students.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-haves: Strong foundation in Financial Accounting concepts; Experience delivering corporate training; Ability to simplify concepts.

• Preferred: CA, CPA, or CMA certification; Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
