Job Summary: Enter the specialized world of Housing Finance compliance. This role offers elite exposure to the dual regulatory frameworks of the RBI and NHB within a reputed corporate house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute compliance mandates specific to Housing Finance Companies (HFCs).

  • Analyze NHB and RBI regulations to ensure organizational adherence.

  • Liaise with internal departments for data required for ROC and regulatory filings.

  • Draft board resolutions and coordinate for corporate governance meetings.

  • Maintain statutory registers and secretarial records for the HFC entity.

  • Support the Secretarial Head in ensuring high standards of Corporate Governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: CS Executive / Professional (Cleared or Pursuing).

  • Preferred: Keen interest in Financial Sector laws and NBFC regulations.
