Key Responsibilities:

Execute compliance mandates specific to Housing Finance Companies (HFCs).

Analyze NHB and RBI regulations to ensure organizational adherence.

Liaise with internal departments for data required for ROC and regulatory filings.

Draft board resolutions and coordinate for corporate governance meetings.

Maintain statutory registers and secretarial records for the HFC entity.

Support the Secretarial Head in ensuring high standards of Corporate Governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: CS Executive / Professional (Cleared or Pursuing).

Preferred: Keen interest in Financial Sector laws and NBFC regulations.
