Credit Manager (LAP & HL Underwriting) | IIFL Home Loans | Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Job Summary: Help shape the dreams of homeownership by ensuring the integrity of our lending processes. As a Credit Manager, you will be the final line of defense, using your analytical skills to evaluate risks in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end credit underwriting for LAP and Home Loan applications.

• Analyze applicant financial statements, credit history, and asset valuation reports.

• Liaise with sales and operations teams to resolve queries and streamline loan approvals.

• Evaluate customer repayment capacity through detailed cash flow analysis.

• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies.

• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidelines for mortgage lending.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: Qualified CA or MBA (Finance); 0–3 years of experience.

• Preferred: Prior experience in mortgage underwriting; CA Freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome.
