Job Summary: Shape the future of global materials science. This role at Dow India is a strategic entry point for finance professionals to master cost accounting, financial controllership, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute month-end closing activities, reporting, and accruals using SAP and Diamond Systems.

  • Analyze cost accounting data to identify operational efficiencies and trends.

  • Liaise with global stakeholders to address financial inquiries and reporting requirements.

  • Maintain and update process documentation to drive automation improvements.

  • Draft high-quality analytical reports for regional finance leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Qualified CMA/CA (Freshers welcome) OR CA/CMA Inter (1+ year exp) OR B.Com/M.Com (2+ years costing exp).

  • Preferred: Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.
