Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategic oversight and management of the global Fixed Asset lifecycle.
Analyze complex lease contracts under ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards.
Liaise with global business services teams to ensure seamless financial control.
Draft technical accounting memos and process documentation for lease management.
Maintain accuracy in the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) across multiple international jurisdictions.
Support month-end closing activities and global financial reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: Qualified CA / ACCA / CMA / CA Inter; Expertise in US GAAP.
Preferred: Experience in Fixed Assets or Lease Accounting for global MNCs.
