Job Summary
Join a focused Insolvency practice where you will work directly on live, high-impact CIRP and Liquidation cases. This role offers an immersive experience into the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), moving beyond generalist roles to become a specialist in a high-demand sector.
Key Responsibilities

Draft critical NCLT documents, Resolution Plans, and CoC (Committee of Creditors) notices.

Manage strict CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) timelines to ensure regulatory adherence.

Execute compliance filings as mandated by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Analyze financial statements and corporate records to support insolvency investigations.

Liaise with stakeholders, including financial creditors and corporate debtors.

Support live insolvency and liquidation proceedings under the guidance of registered IPs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-haves:

MBA or any Graduate degree with corporate experience.

Fluency in written English (non-negotiable).
Preferred:
-
1–3 years of corporate experience (Freshers are also welcome; we will train you).
