Job Summary

Join a focused Insolvency practice where you will work directly on live, high-impact CIRP and Liquidation cases. This role offers an immersive experience into the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), moving beyond generalist roles to become a specialist in a high-demand sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft critical NCLT documents, Resolution Plans, and CoC (Committee of Creditors) notices.

• Manage strict CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) timelines to ensure regulatory adherence.

• Execute compliance filings as mandated by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

• Analyze financial statements and corporate records to support insolvency investigations.

• Liaise with stakeholders, including financial creditors and corporate debtors.

• Support live insolvency and liquidation proceedings under the guidance of registered IPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-haves:

• MBA or any Graduate degree with corporate experience.

• Fluency in written English (non-negotiable).

Preferred:

• 1–3 years of corporate experience (Freshers are also welcome; we will train you).
