Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support the secretarial team in managing corporate governance for various banking entities.
Analyze regulatory changes within the financial services sector and their impact on bank operations.
Liaise with internal legal and compliance teams to facilitate board-level activities.
Draft board resolutions, meeting agendas, and detailed minutes for committee meetings.
Execute routine filings with the ROC and other financial regulatory bodies.
Coordinate the maintenance of sensitive statutory documents and records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-haves:

Pursuing or completed CS Professional.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, multinational corporate environment.

Preferred:

Interest in Banking and Financial Services regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Stipend & Salary

Stipend: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Market standard for global MNCs).
