Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the secretarial team in managing corporate governance for various banking entities.

  • Analyze regulatory changes within the financial services sector and their impact on bank operations.

  • Liaise with internal legal and compliance teams to facilitate board-level activities.

  • Draft board resolutions, meeting agendas, and detailed minutes for committee meetings.

  • Execute routine filings with the ROC and other financial regulatory bodies.

  • Coordinate the maintenance of sensitive statutory documents and records.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • Pursuing or completed CS Professional.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, multinational corporate environment.

Preferred:

  • Interest in Banking and Financial Services regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.


Stipend & Salary

  • Stipend: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Market standard for global MNCs).
