Job Summary

Step into a key leadership position at a fast-growing, NSE-listed technology firm. As the CS & Compliance Officer, you will be the custodian of the firm’s regulatory health, managing all NSE listing requirements and corporate secretarial matters. We need a sharp, qualified professional who can navigate the complexities of public markets with ease and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Execute all NSE listing compliance requirements, including quarterly and annual disclosures.
Analyze corporate governance frameworks and implement best practices.
Liaise with stock exchanges, regulators, and legal authorities on behalf of the company.
Manage the entire lifecycle of Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings.
Oversee the filing of all statutory returns and forms with the ROC and other bodies.
Draft high-quality legal documents, agreements, and corporate resolutions.
Direct the company’s investor relations and grievance redressal mechanisms.
Support the senior management in strategic corporate restructuring and expansion plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-haves:

Qualified Company Secretary (ACS).
Experience in NSE/BSE listing compliances.
Expert knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.

Preferred:

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Experience in the technology or electronics manufacturing sector.

Stipend & Salary

Annual CTC: ₹8,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum (Based on experience).
