Job Summary: Move beyond routine compliance and build a prestigious career in tax litigation. You will be mentored in the art of representation and legal strategy, appearing before tax authorities on complex assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients before Assessing Officers (AO) and the CIT(A).

  • Assist and appear in proceedings at the ITAT.

  • Draft legal submissions, appeals, and comprehensive litigation strategies.

  • Analyze provisions of the Income-tax Act to build winning arguments.

  • Research case laws and precedents to support tax positions.

  • Liaise with clients to manage their litigation roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-haves: Advocate (Preferred) or CA Dropout/Semi-qualified with a strong interest in litigation.

  • Preferred: Long-term vision to build a private practice in Tax Litigation.
