Key Responsibilities

  • Execute GST compliance reviews and ensure accurate return filings.

  • Analyze tax data to process GST refund claims and advisory requests.

  • Liaise with tax departments for GST litigation and representation.

  • Prepare legal submissions and drafts for tax authorities.

  • Research recent GST notifications and circulars to keep clients updated.

  • Manage client queries related to GST transitions and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-haves: Qualified CA or CMA (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Preferred: Passion for Indirect Taxation and legal drafting.
