Job Summary: Ensure operational excellence and safeguard business processes within a leading global BPM firm. This role is designed for audit-minded professionals who enjoy deep-diving into process workflows to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute process-related audits and risk assessments across various business units.

• Analyze internal controls to identify gaps and potential operational failures.

• Liaise with cross-functional leadership to implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Manage audit documentation and prepare executive summaries on risk exposure.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of remedial actions taken after audit findings.

• Drive a culture of risk awareness and process compliance across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: CA Fresher (with process audit experience in articleship) OR MBA with 3–6 years in process audit.

• Preferred: Experience in a BPM or ITES environment.
