Job Summary: Join a mission-driven advisory firm dedicated to scaling the backbone of the economy—startups and MSMEs. As a Financial Analyst, you will turn complex numbers into actionable insights, helping business owners make high-stakes financial and fundraising decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute advanced financial modeling and develop robust business projections.

Analyze company valuations to support fundraising initiatives (Debt & Equity).

Liaise with founders and business owners to gather data for strategic advisory.

Prepare investor-ready reports, pitch decks, and information memorandums.

Evaluate market trends to provide data-driven business consulting solutions.

Manage the end-to-end documentation process for client valuations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: MBA (Finance), Qualified CA, or CFA; 2–3 years of experience in financial consulting/analysis.

Preferred: Freshers from IIMs; Experience in startup fundraising or investment banking.
