Job Summary Build your expertise in corporate startup compliance from the comfort of your home. This 3-month high-intensity contract role is designed for professionals who excel at company incorporations and want to drive impact for new-age businesses.
Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end company incorporations including Pvt Ltd, LLP, and OPC setups.

Analyze and process ROC compliances to ensure zero-delay in statutory filings.

Liaise with clients remotely to guide them through the incorporation documentation process.

Maintain digital statutory records and ensure all MCA filings are accurate.

Support the team in researching specific Company Law provisions for complex incorporations.

Monitor daily filing deadlines to maintain the firm’s 100% compliance record.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-haves: CS Executive / CS Intern / Semi-Qualified CS; Hands-on experience in Company Incorporations.

Preferred: Advanced knowledge of MCA V3 portal and LLP Act.
