Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks within the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including order management and billing.

  • Analyze customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

  • Liaise with US-based stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.

  • Support the collections team in tracking outstanding receivables.

  • Ensure all transactions adhere to client-specific compliance and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: MBA (Finance preferred); Flexibility to work US Shifts (6 PM – 6 AM window).

  • Preferred: Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of the sales-to-revenue cycle.
