You will be responsible for the end-to-end credit cycle, from property discussion to final loan approval.

Job Summary: Drive financial inclusion by managing credit assessments for one of the most critical sectors in the economy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end credit cycle, from property discussion to final loan approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute credit appraisal for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) applications.

  • Analyze borrower profiles, repayment capacity, and credit history.

  • Liaise with sales and technical teams for property discussion (PD) and valuation.

  • Maintain a high-quality portfolio by ensuring adherence to credit policies.

  • Evaluate financial documents and verify the authenticity of applicant data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Qualified CA (Freshers welcome) or experienced professionals; Minimum 4–5 years in Home Loan Credit (if not a fresher).

  • Preferred: Immediate joiners with strong Property Discussion (PD) experience.
