Key Responsibilities:

Execute the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IndAS and IFRS.

Analyze corporate tax provisions and impact assessments in line with OECD Guidelines.

Liaise with offshore teams to plan and execute multi-industry audit engagements.

Maintain high standards of quality through thorough IQA (SQC and ISQM) procedures.

Evaluate Transfer Pricing documentation and cross-border tax structures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher to 2 years experience); Proficiency in IndAS and MS Excel.

Preferred: Knowledge of IFRS, SA, and OECD Guidelines; experience in consulting.
