Key Responsibilities
- Execute compliance health checks and assist in regulatory compliance assignments.
- Analyze financial and compliance records to support advisory engagements.
- Prepare documentation for company incorporation and regulatory registrations.
- Assist in drafting corporate documents and maintaining statutory records.
- Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities for compliance matters.
- Support founders’ agreement documentation and early-stage business structuring.
- Assist with investor readiness, capital planning, and business advisory projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves
✔ CA Intermediate Passed with more than 6 months of experience as a CA trainee.
✔ ICITSS Training Completed
✔ Immediate Joiner
✔ Good understanding of accounting and compliance fundamentals
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
⭐ Candidates residing near Karol Bagh/New Delhi will be preferred
⭐ Basic knowledge of Company Law and Corporate Compliance
⭐ Good documentation and reporting skills
⭐ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
