Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Generate business leads and support new client acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities with employers.
- Represent the organization in business meetings and networking events.
- Support senior management in client engagement and hiring projects.
- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.
- Contribute to business growth through recruitment and client relationship initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves
✔ Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
✔ Freshers are encouraged to apply
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Preferred
