Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations and SEBI AIF Regulations.
- Support secretarial and corporate governance activities.
- Prepare statutory documentation, board papers, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with internal departments and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assist in implementation.
- Support legal, compliance, and secretarial projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves
✔ CS Professional Passed
✔ Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013
✔ Good communication, drafting, and analytical skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
✔ Willingness to learn and work in a corporate environment
Preferred
⭐ Knowledge of SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations
⭐ Knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations
⭐ Understanding of Corporate Governance and Secretarial Compliance
