Join an Equity and Debt Listed Company known for its excellence in governance. As a CS Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to high-level compliance frameworks including SEBI regulations and ESOP management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compliance activities under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.

  • Execute documentation for ESOP (Employee Stock Option) schemes and debt listings.

  • Coordinate board meeting logistics and prepare preliminary agendas and minutes.

  • Analyze FEMA and RBI requirements for international corporate transactions.

  • Liaise with stock exchanges for continuous listing disclosures.
