Job Summary
We are hiring 5 CA Trainees for a reputed and growing CA firm with strong exposure across audit, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance. This role is ideal for candidates who want practical learning, direct mentorship, and hands-on experience in a professional environment that supports CA career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare and file GST, Income Tax, and TDS returns.
- Support financial reporting, including balance sheets and financial statements.
- Maintain regulatory documentation and client compliance records.
- Track compliance deadlines and assist with monthly filing calendars.
- Coordinate with seniors and clients for audit and tax-related requirements.
- Learn practical application of accounting, taxation, and compliance concepts.
- Contribute to day-to-day work across multiple industries and assignments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-haves
- CA Intermediate qualified / pursuing
- ICITSS completed
- Good understanding of audit, taxation, and basic accounting
- Willingness to learn and work on multiple assignments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to meet deadlines
Preferred
- Prior internship or practical exposure in a CA firm
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial statements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and accounting tools
