Key Responsibilities

• Execute statutory, internal, and tax audit assignments.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filings.
• Support accounting, financial reporting, and assurance engagements.
• Prepare audit working papers and financial documentation.
• Assist in corporate and startup advisory assignments.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring projects.
• Liaise with clients for financial information and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory assignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves

✔ CA Intermediate Passed

✔ Minimum 6 months of Articleship Experience (Transfer Case)

✔ Good knowledge of Accounting, Audit, GST, TDS, and Income Tax

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
