Key Responsibilities

Support compliance activities under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.

Execute documentation for ESOP (Employee Stock Option) schemes and debt listings.

Coordinate board meeting logistics and prepare preliminary agendas and minutes.

Analyze FEMA and RBI requirements for international corporate transactions.

Liaise with stock exchanges for continuous listing disclosures.
