Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end banking transactions, including complex payment processing, invoicing, and rental collections for domestic and NRI investors.
Analyze and reconcile bank accounts (cash, deposits, and suspense accounts) to ensure 100% integrity of financial data.
Liaise with payment gateways and financial institutions to facilitate limit increases and streamline high-volume transaction flows.
Maintain the operations portal by accurately distributing rental payments and updating critical stakeholder information.
Coordinate directly with institutional investors, angel investors, and NRIs from Singapore, USA, Europe, and the Gulf.
Support the compliance team in adhering to banking regulations, risk management practices, and AIF-specific requirements.
Investigate and rectify any discrepancies in transaction records to maintain the highest level of financial accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-haves: Semi-Qualified or Qualified Company Secretary (CS); Strong foundation in Corporate Law and Banking Regulations.
Preferred: Familiarity with AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) regulations, Real Estate fractional ownership, or PropTech operations.
