Key Responsibilities:

• Execute initial drafts of service agreements, NDAs, and digital banking contracts.

• Analyze evolving RBI guidelines and fintech regulations to assist in compliance mapping.

• Liaise with internal product teams to understand legal requirements for new features.

• Support senior counsel in research related to data privacy and payment security laws.

• Maintain the digital repository of executed contracts and regulatory filings.

• Coordinate documentation for litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB (3rd year onwards for 5-year course).

• Preferred: High interest in Fintech/Banking laws and strong research skills.
