  • Liaise with external auditors and legal consultants for statutory audits.

  • Maintain all statutory registers and records with 100% accuracy.

  • Support management in secretarial compliance and regulatory adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: CS Professional (Semi-Qualified/Appeared).

  • Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing or private limited setup.
