Job Summary: Master the core of financial reporting in a global powerhouse. We are seeking R2R experts to drive precision in cash and bank reconciliations for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute complex Cash and Bank Reconciliations within the Record to Report (R2R) cycle.

  • Analyze General Ledger (GL) accounts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Liaise with global stakeholders to resolve reconciliation discrepancies.

  • Manage the posting of high-volume journal entries and period-end adjustments.

  • Support audit requirements by providing accurate R2R documentation.

  • Coordinate with the treasury team to monitor cash flow and bank balances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: 3–5 years of relevant experience in R2R / Cash & Bank Reconciliations.

  • Preferred: Flexible with all shifts; immediate to 30-day joiners.
