Need Analyst / Executive / Accounts Officer(FP&A) — Zen Fashions India

Job Summary: Drive financial excellence in the fast-paced fashion industry. We are expanding our Financial Planning & Analysis team in Trivandrum and looking for data-driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute incentive calculations, revenue validation, and data reconciliations.

• Analyze profitability, variances, and budgeting for new product lines.

• Liaise with the operations team for cost preparation and MIS reporting.

• Draft comprehensive financial statements and fixed asset management reports.

• Maintain accurate accounting entries and WFX (Foreign Exchange) entries.

• Monitor revenue MIS and provide actionable insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / B.Com (Depending on the specific role).

• Preferred: Advanced Excel mastery and 0–3 years of relevant experience.
