About the Opportunity
Mercor is looking for experienced professionals in compliance, regulatory response and financial services to evaluate AI-generated work products.
The selected professionals will review documents, spreadsheets and presentations generated by AI and assess them for accuracy, regulatory quality, professional standards and domain-specific correctness.

Who Can Apply?
This opportunity may be relevant for experienced professionals with backgrounds such as:
- Company Secretaries (CS) with substantial experience in regulatory compliance, corporate compliance or financial-services regulation
- Chartered Accountants (CA/CPA) with relevant experience in financial-services compliance, regulatory reporting, risk, controls or related areas
- Lawyers / Legal Professionals experienced in financial-services regulation, compliance or regulatory advisory
- Compliance Professionals with substantial experience in financial-services compliance
- Regulatory Affairs / Regulatory Response Professionals
- Professionals experienced in banking, NBFC, securities, financial regulation, AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, risk and compliance frameworks
- Other professionals with 5+ years of closely relevant experience in compliance or regulatory response may also be considered

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in compliance / regulatory response within financial services
- Professional or native-level English proficiency
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to evaluate professional documents and identify factual or domain-specific errors
- Excellent written communication and ability to provide structured feedback
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides
Preferred Qualification
- Master’s degree or higher from a reputable institution in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Assess outputs against domain-specific quality standards and rubrics
- Identify factual, regulatory, presentation and quality-related errors
- Provide clear and structured written feedback
- Apply professional compliance and financial-services expertise when evaluating AI-generated content
Compensation & Contract
$80–$120 per hour
- Fully remote
- Flexible schedule
- Independent contractor engagement
- Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise
- Projects may be extended, shortened or concluded depending on project requirements and performance
