This Audit Manager NBFC Microfinance role offers a strong leadership opportunity in Internal Audit with team handling, head office audits, and branch audit management. Ideal for CA (Articles) / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / Commerce graduates with 3+ years of manager-level Internal Audit experience who want to drive audits from planning to closure in a dynamic NBFC environment.

Job Highlights

• Position: Audit Manager – Internal Audit (NBFC / Microfinance)
• Locations: Ahmedabad (Head Office), Warangal, Belagavi
• Experience: 3+ years (Manager-level Internal Audit)
• Qualification: CA (Articles) / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / Commerce Graduate
• CTC: ₹4.5 – ₹5 LPA (Negotiable)
• Age Limit: Below 35 years
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
• Role Type: Full-time | Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Head Office Internal Audits and lead end-to-end audit assignments
• Lead & manage Branch Audit Teams across multiple locations
• Drive risk-based audits from planning, execution to final closure
• Perform detailed risk assessment, internal control evaluations & process reviews
• Identify control gaps, fraud risks and recommend business improvements
• Prepare high-quality audit reports, working papers and management presentations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks in NBFC / Microfinance sector
• Support audit automation, tools implementation and continuous process optimization
• Liaise with senior management and stakeholders for audit observations & closure
• Mentor junior team members and build high-performance audit culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of Manager-level Internal Audit experience
• CA (Articles) / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / Commerce Graduate
• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, risk assessment & control testing
• Team handling & leadership skills
• Willingness to travel across locations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and audit tools

Preferred

• Prior experience in NBFC / Banking / Microfinance sector
• Knowledge of audit automation tools & data analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
